Does VTR work with iPhone and Android?+
VTR works with most modern NFC-enabled iPhone and Android phones. NFC availability and behavior can vary by device and settings.
Do customers need an app?+
No. Customers do not need to download a VTR app.
Is there a monthly fee?+
No. There is no VTR subscription or monthly fee for using the tap.
Do I need to program it myself?+
No. VTR programs your tap for your business before fulfillment.
What if I don’t know my direct review link?+
No problem. Provide your business name and address and VTR can locate the appropriate link for programming.
Can the link be changed later?+
Yes. Your physical tap can be sent back to VTR for reprogramming.
How does lifetime reprogramming work?+
Ship your tap back to VTR and we’ll reprogram the destination link without charging a programming fee. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from VTR unless otherwise stated.
Can VTR link to Yelp or another platform?+
Yes. VTR taps can be programmed to compatible web links, including other review destinations.
Can I use my own logo?+
Yes. Select the Custom Branded option during purchase and upload your business logo.
What’s the difference between Base and Custom?+
Base taps use the standard VTR design. Custom Branded taps feature your business branding or logo. Functionality is otherwise the same.
Does the customer need to scan a QR code?+
No. The primary VTR experience uses NFC—the customer taps their compatible phone to the tap.
How much is shipping?+
Local delivery is free within LA County. Standard shipping outside LA County is $5.99. Orders of 20, 30, and 50 taps include free delivery or shipping. Orders over 50 are quoted separately and may include delivery charges.
How quickly will my order arrive?+
Order timing depends on quantity, branding, and delivery location. We’ll confirm your expected fulfillment timing after reviewing your order details.
Can I order for multiple locations?+
Yes. You can assign different links within a pack. For larger multi-location rollouts, request a 50+ custom quote so we can plan the order with you.
Do you guarantee more reviews?+
No. VTR makes it easier for customers to reach your review page, but VTR cannot guarantee how many customers will choose to leave a review.
